I was lucky enough to have some time off work this afternoon so rushed home to complete my page in the daylight!!
Today I looked at Christmases of the past and that of the present - very similar and yet amazingly different!!
I decided touse the same design on each tag but change the papers I used so one was vintage-y with a retro snow man and one very modern with a modern snowman!!
Enjoyed these pages but not sure how they will fit into the album as the papers are very different to those I have used so far. I will stick to the main colour scheme, but every now and then its fun to shake it up a bit!!!
I hope you are enjoying looking at these pages as much as I am enjoying making them! PLease leave a comment and I'll pop over to your place to have a nosey too :0)

JYC/DD Day 5
Well, here is todays page. I discussed the countdown to Christmas and another form of Christmas count that Kei and I do - our new tree decoration each year. This year we have continued the tradition and once again bought a Jasmine Beckett Griffith fairy. One year our tree will be filled with just these!!!
Hope you have all had a wonderful weekend. Shame it is over so quickly - again!!

JYC/DD Day 4
Abit late blogging these, but still, Iits good to be up to date!!
On my Day 4 pages I talked about my idea of a 'perfect' Christmas. I am loving how the transparencies are working in this book! I am also enjoying using hidden journalling at the moment!

JYC/DD Day 3
Here is day 3. This page celebrates the Christmas cards I will be sending this year and I focused too on using red in my photos. LOVE these pages :0)
And better photos of Day One:
And Day Two:
And a belated photo of my date embellies. Although I have the date on the transparency and it is printed on the base cardstock, I decided that on some days I might want to cover the whole cardstock so made these in bilk before I started to add continuity!!

JYC/DD - Day Two
Well, I've had a lovely day out in Bath Spa visiting the Christmas market with a dear friend. I was so busy catching up with her that I didn't take many photos (which I am now disappointed about!)
Another very late night scrapping! I opted for a lot of journalling today and some mini-hipstamatic photos too.
Pages 1 and 2:

Pages 3 and 4

To those who are also doing this project, I hope you are loving it as much as me!
I'm looking forward to spending some decent time on it this weekend - and taking some better photos of my pages for the forum! I'm sorry these are so dark, but it is nearly midnight!!!

JYC/DD - Day One
Well! What a day!! I worked late, shot off to do a spot of shopping for presents for the new mommy, met my new niece...and then came home and made my first pages!!! Phew!
As I am following JYC but using Ali Edwards templates I will be making 2 pages per day with a prepared transparency between the pages.
I've just made this so have blogged using my phone and it's camera (so apologies for poor quality pics!!)

The birth of baby Imogen this morning has meant I have alot to say and some cute photos so I used an envelope on page two to put all of that in and used a children's theme for the little journalling card.
Considering I made these pages late in a long day I'm happy with them!
I'd love to see your pages if you are following this project too do please leave a link in your comment if you've blogged yours.
Night all x
