September 3rd

Here is my LSNE page for Friday. I was at work all day Friday and although a few eventful things happened there, none of them were something I really wanted to note in my minibook!
One silly thing that did stick in my head when I had a few spare minutes during my lunch break was just how awful my shop bought sandwich was!! It was all dry around the edges and really not good!! As I sat mulling and sulking about that I figured I should learn a lesson from that and make nice lunches for myself! Hence the lesson for today:
Food should be enjoyed and not just a necessity!

I'm using Shimelle's extra tips for creating from her Print and Cut labels.  Today I randomly selected to use a stamp on my page that I don't use very often.  As I don't stamp very often at all I had lots of stamps to choose from !! I used the scrummy strawberry one and the border stamp!

September 1st

Here is my first lesson! I've decided to make pages in different formats depending on how I feel creatively (and also how much time I have to create!!)

Preparing for class...

I've decided on my format for the new class over at Shimelle's and have distressed an old Collins filofax folder to use as the cover of my mini book!
I'm happy with the way it looks and am looking forward to class starting!

Following prompts...

In my excitement to start Shimelle's new class I've been looking over some prompts from a previous class I took at the end of last year. When I did Blogging for Scrapbookers originally, I only used the blogging aspects of the prompts. I always intended to go back and do the scrapping prompts too, so thought I'd start while I wait for the new class!
This prompt was all about hidden meaning in posts or hidden journalling on a page. I decided to maximise space so added extra photos too!!!

I'm really quite happy with it :0) I've pretty much used up last month's kit too so thats even better.
