Haven't been to your blog for a while - but I haven't been reading most people's blogs, as sooo busy - so it's not personal!
Anyway, I just came back, partly for the reason at the bottom of this comment, and also because I wanted to see how you were. Aaaand... You have been doing LSNED again - but I love your way of following it this year! Why didn't I try this? I have given up two years in a row, because September is always so busy; I have tried to make a scrapbook for each LSNED, but it's petered out part-way through the month, as Life took over. Your great little "Notes to Self / the World At Large" are such a lovely way to keep track of the month, yet not get bogged down with a Project that there is no time for. I have read through lots of your LSNED posts and loved them. Some great little thoughts recorded there - and a few lessons I need to take note of myself (like why it is good to take the trouble to keep the house tidy!). Thank you for sharing all this with us (after all, you could have just written it all in a private notebook). I will come back again, when I have a few moments, and "dip" into some more little notes - try and learn from your wisdom!
And, the other reason for dropping in on you?
We are trying to organise a Bloggers' Weekend again this year - after the success of last year's. We are all "Shimelle Girls" and met throught BFS or other Shimelle online courses and blogging. There's a post on my blog just now, with details of the Weekend. So far I have 4 definites and 2 almost definites. I think I will stick my kneck out and book... It's a risk, but sometimes you just have to do it!
Here's the link - please have a read, it would be nice if you could join us (and I'd get to meet you at last!)
Oh, sorry... I also wanted to say that I saw the lovely little flower doodles in an earlier post - I just loved them! There's something a bit dreamy and whimsical about them, yet I also love their neatness and "symmetry"! :-)
