Well done for trying to make the most of those opportunities - I know you always do try!
One of my resolutions last year, was to take opportunities when they arose. I did manage to do that several times (I am usually too cautious) and some great things have come about because of it - I had a scrap page published for the first time, plus another accepted for future publication; I did 2 Guest Posts on different online shop blogs, reviewing their nice products (freebies too!); I had items accepted for the "Share My Cute" blog; I made sales in my Etsy shop because I accepted commissions and challenges; I did my first ever hand bound book stall at a local craft exhibition; I got myself a job as a tutor for the Saturday club my son goes to - I will be teaching a "Sock Animals" workshop day. I could go on... I am pleased with myself, as all these things required me to be proactive and take a chance. In fact, until I listed them, I didn't realise how successful I have been! I raise my cyber-glass to you and drink to "Opportunities Taken"!
